Very shy for a large bird. Mostly seen foraging on the ground or flying overhead. Not traditionally attractive I reckon, but check out the glossy blue on the wings. Usually seen in large numbers but this dry season we've seen one or two individuals almost every day, preusmably coming into make the most of our well-watered garden.
