Love these birds, often seen in pairs. They're often around when we're swimming in the creek and are lovely to watch hopping about on branches along the bank. Like several flycatcher species the sexes are dimorphic. I love the female's rich chestnut colouring. The male is a beautiful glossy blue-black and it's his gurgling call you can hear in the audio.
